This course will cover the significant changes found in the new NC 2024 Residential Building Code. Course is approved for 6 hours of GC elective CE and Code Officials 6 hours of standard building certificate CE. Additionally, the 2-hour mandatory course for general contractor will be provided for the full 8hrs needed to renew a GC license in 2026. Please make sure and join from a computer that has sound and a camera. Board rules require that each student be visible on camera to receive credit for attendance. Class will have a proctor that will monitor the chat room for any questions you may wish to ask. Class opens for check in at 7:30am (begins at 8am) and you can access the class through the link below:
