This course will cover the significant changes found in the new NC 2024 Residential Building Code. Course is approved for 6 hours of GC elective CE and 2 hours of board mandatory CE for the full 8 hours needed to renew your general contractors license for 2026. This course is also approved for Code Official continue education 6 hours of Building Standard certificate CE. Doors will open between 7:15 and 7:30 with class beginning at 8am. Breaks will be given every hour and lunch will be provided for in person CE classes. Course completion will be uploaded to the State website with 7 days of completion. All course content will be provided and available on our website also for download.
